Firstly how well the consumer believes a business response meets their Unmet Wish and whether they bother to take a second action on the back of reading a business's response.
Secondly how they rated the product or service that they subsequently used to match their Unmet Wish. In each case the user scores the response or final product or service on a 1-10 scale (where 10 is excellent) against their original Unmet Wish.
